Welcome to StickerLive. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you about how we look after your personal data when you use our mobile application and website.

1. Information We Collect

StickerLive is designed with a "Local First" philosophy. Most of your data stays on your device.

  • Local Stickers: The stickers you create and your albums are stored locally on your device.
  • Google Drive Backup: If you enable Cloud Backup, your sticker data is uploaded to your own private Google Drive AppData folder — not your main Drive. We do not have access to your broader Drive contents. Only sticker data is stored.
  • Usage Data: We collect anonymous analytics (via PostHog) to understand how the app is used, identify issues, and improve the user experience. We do NOT record your screen or sessions. You can opt out at any time in Settings → Analytics.
  • Device Identifier: We derive an anonymous device fingerprint (a hashed, non-reversible identifier) solely to validate your daily streak on our server and prevent abuse. This identifier cannot be used to identify you personally and is not shared with third parties.

2. How We Process Images

AI Features (Magic Eraser): Our AI background removal and editing tools process images entirely on your device using a bundled on-device model. Your photos never leave your device during this process. We do not store or sell your photos.

3. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

  • Google Play Services: For app functionality and updates. Privacy Policy
  • AdMob: To display relevant advertisements. AdMob uses cookies and advertising IDs to personalize ads. You can manage your consent in the app settings. Privacy Policy
  • RevenueCat: To manage pro subscriptions and entitlements. Privacy Policy
  • PostHog: For anonymous analytics to improve the user experience. Analytics data is retained for up to 12 months. You can opt out at any time in Settings → Analytics. Privacy Policy
  • Firebase Crashlytics: To collect anonymous crash reports and diagnose app stability issues. No personal data is included in crash reports. Privacy Policy
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging: To deliver push notifications. No message content is stored by Firebase beyond delivery. Privacy Policy
  • KLIPY: To provide sticker search results. Your search queries are sent to KLIPY to fetch relevant content. Privacy Policy

4. International Data Transfers

By using the App, your information may be processed on servers located outside of your country of residence, including servers managed by Google (for Drive backups and AdMob) which may be located in the United States. We ensure that these providers adhere to data protection standards.

5. Your Data Protection Rights

You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. Note that most data (stickers, albums) is stored only on your device and can be deleted directly by uninstalling the app.

6. Children's Privacy

StickerLive does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our records.

7. Copyright Notice

StickerLive does not host or store user-generated sticker content on its servers. Stickers are created and stored locally on each user's device.

Community and trending sticker content is provided by Klipy. StickerLive has no control over that content. For copyright concerns regarding Klipy content, please contact Klipy directly: klipy.com.
