By downloading or using StickerLive, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

1. User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you create and share using StickerLive. You must not create or distribute stickers that are illegal, offensive, or infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

StickerLive Pro: We offer optional premium features via subscription. Payments are handled securely via Google Play Billing. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: Refunds are handled by Google Play in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

3. Intellectual Property

The StickerLive app, its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain our exclusive property. Stickers provided via third-party APIs (like KLIPY) are the property of their respective creators and are used under license.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

StickerLive is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use the service at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of stickers, data, or profits.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
